To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, top69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:
top69's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their top69 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit top69's liability for death or personal injury caused by top69's proven gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by top69.
top69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account termination for cause, top69 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not for cause, top69 will return the Member's verified real-money Balance minus any outstanding liabilities within 14 business days.
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. All real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method upon closure, subject to any pending KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which top69 holds its international operating license.
top69 targets and serves the Indonesia market. While acknowledging the legal framework of the Republic of Indonesia with respect to its Members, top69's international operations and platform governance are subject to the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through top69's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution body. In all such proceedings, the language of proceedings shall be English.

When material changes are made, top69 will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the top69 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by Applicable Law or licensing obligations.
Continued use of the top69 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Members who do not accept the revised terms must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
